From the moment you enter, you’ll have everything you need to feel at home. The kitchen and living room are located next to the terrace. The ground floor rooms have direct access to the pool and the main bedroom has a private terrace with a magnificent view, Sunlight runs through the villa until sunset, when you can admire it, in the shimmering sea, enjoying an aperitif before dinner.

The villa is located in a private area, with parking spaces, in a plot of 2,000 sq m. and is surrounded by a wide variety of plants. The pool is private.

It’s arranged on three floors:

Mezzanine floor. There is a lounge, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen that has direct access to the terrace. The latter has a conversation area overlooking the pool. There are, under the patio, two corners with two tables of various sizes.

Lower floor . There are three bedrooms with double bed and private bathroom and a service area with washing and ironing facilities. There is direct access from the rooms to the pool and there is a winter garden with adjoining sitting area.

First floor. The master bedroom, with private bathroom and equipped with a terrace with a large view of the area. It is equipped with chairs and table for a cozy private breakfast,

The pool measures 5*10 meters and the Vaira depth from 110 to 160 centimeters and is equipped with a shower.
